The LIVING Room, located in room A124 under the gym, is a multi-purpose space devoted to prayer, reflection and discovery where Jesus is the host. Prayer is about building a relationship with God. Words are not always necessary when praying. The LIVING Room was created to provide you with a reflective and quite environment in which to pray and interact with God.

Sessions are held on the first Sunday of every month from 9:00-9:30am and are led by Rev. Kathy Dobbins. No prior class is necessary to participate in any session.

Sample Session Titles

  • Praying the Scriptures
  • Journaling
  • The Jesus Prayer
  • Centering Prayer
  • Review of the Day

Living the Questions Group

This is a group that is having a conversation about the new spiritual reformation that seems to be taking place in the world. This conversation is for all who are searching ways to understand God and how God works in our daily life and the world. It provides a place to ask and explore questions and have respectful dialogue with others.

For more information and to find out where this group meets, contact Kathy Dobbins.
